Harsh Chemicals Are Not Always The Answer
A lot of people purchase chemicals, pour them down drains, and never stop to think that these chemicals will ruin their pipes. It’s very important to note that compounds may fix the problem, but they can also make things worse. Chemicals like oxidizers, caustics, and acids weaken drainpipes and sinks and will eventually cause a lot of damage. Sewerage systems and underground pipes often rot if exposed to chemicals. Better options involve a plumber snake or auger, and enzymatic cleaning agents. They might be a bit slower but it’s worth it not to have to pay a high price for us to come fix your mistake.
